Suzanne Packer is a Welsh actress who is very famous for appearing  in the BBC medical drama Casualty as  Tess Bateman. also she is known for her work in  In My Skin, Bang, and  The Pembrokeshire Murders.

Suzanne Packer was born Suzanne Jackson on November 26, 1962, in Cardiff, Wales. She is of Welsh nationality while her ethnicity is missing.

She is the daughter of Jamaican immigrant parents to Abergavenny. She was raised alongside her sister, Colin Jackson, champion sprint hurdler.

Since her childhood days, she was interested in acting and was part of school plays including Oklahoma and The King and I while studying at Llanedeyrn High School in Cardiff. Later on, she joined the University of Warwick to study  BA in theatre and drama.
