Valentine Ruth Henshall, professionally known as Ruthie Henshall, is an English actress, singer, and dancer. She is best known for her work in musical theatre and won the Olivier Award for Best Actress in a Musical for her role in the London revival of She Loves Me in 1995.
Henshall is currently 53 years old. She was born on March 7, 1967, in Bromley, Greater London, England. Talking about her height, she is 5 ft and 3 in (1.6 m) tall.
The youngest of the four daughters, Ruthie had three older sisters; twins Noel and Susan Henshall and Abi Henshall. Noel died of an overdose of painkillers at the age of 49.
Her father, David Henshall, worked as a journalist and later as the editor of the East Anglian Daily Times. Ruthie trained at Laine Theatre Arts in Epsom, England before joining the UK Tour of A Chorus Line.
