And people marching in rallies reportedly attacked police officers who were trying to protect the union building.

After that incident, 27 people were arrested, and one of them was recognized as Malkovich. Later he was charged with interfering with a police officer and second-degree disorderly conduct.

Malkovich's parents are one of the most prominent personalities in the entertainment industry.

His mother, Nicoletta Peyran, has been portrayed in various movies and television series. She has also worked as an assistant director.

Peyran first met her husband John at the shoot of The Sheltering Sky, where she was working as an assistant director. They started dating in 1989 and tied the marital knot on 20th September 1989.

Moreover, his father, John, graduated from high school in 1972 and studied acting at the William Esper Studio. He started working on small projects and later worked with various renowned directors and producers.

Some of his notable credits are Places in the Heart, The Killing Fields, In the Line of Fire, and many more.

Apart from that, Malkovich also has a sister in his family.
