Jeff Cavaliere

Jeff Cavaliere, 45, is an American Fitness Trainer best known for his work as the head physical therapist and assistant strength coach for the New York Mets. 

He is also popular as the founder of ATHLEAN-X Training Systems. As of May 2021, Cavaliere has over 11.7 million subscribers on his YouTube channel and over 2.1 million followers on Instagram.

Jeff Cavaliere was born on 28th June 1975 in the United States of America under the birth sign Cancer. As of 2021, he is 45 years old. 

Likewise, he is an American as per his nationality and has mixed ethnic descent. After high school, he enrolled at the University of Connecticut and earned his Bachelor's degree in physioneurobiology in 1997. 

Similarly, Jeff earned his master's degree in physical therapy in 2000 from the same university.
